Oriyomi Hamzat banned all songs from Naira Marley on his radio station, Agidigbo FM

Popular Ibadan-based broadcaster and the owner of Agidigbo FM, Oriyomi Hamzat has made a significant decision to ban all songs from Nigerian artist Naira Marley on his radio station.

This decision comes in the wake of the tragic passing of singer Mohbad, which has raised concerns linking his death to Naira Marley.

Singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad, passed away at age 27.

Oriyomi Hamzat, who owns and manages Agidigbo FM, made the announcement in a public statement. He cited concerns over the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death

Netizens reacts as veteran music producer and recording artist, Samuel Oguachuba better known as Samklef raised over N15 million for late singer, Mohbad’s son.

The music producer made the news known on his Twitter page as he appreciated all who contributed towards the upkeep of the singer’s son and for fighting for him.

Along with a screenshot, he stated that the total amount of money raised is N15,567,300.

“Here is the total money raised as at this morning for Mohbad’s son N15,567,300. God bless you all for all you do and for fighting for Imole, he was an Angel among us”, he tweeted.
