Amidst her hectic schedule, a Nigerian woman dedicates time to instruct self-defense techniques to married colleagues experiencing abuse. A
circulating video on social media features TikTok user @sweettoto, aka Asagold, demonstrating defensive moves against potential harm from her husband.
The video captures the woman emphasizing the importance of ‘never backing down’ in the face of a toxic husband. Demonstrating defensive moves against an abusive partner, she encourages women to assert themselves and stand up against mistreatment.
“Don’t evade your husband, married women, just because he might be abusive. What you need to do is stand your ground confidently; as he approaches, intercept the aggression, and firmly assert your boundaries,” she advised.
