“Act fast” – Lady shares update on where half bag of rice is being sold for N10k

A Nigerian woman has utilized social media to provide valuable information to her fellow citizens, guiding them on where to purchase a half bag of rice for the affordable price of N10,000.

Amidst growing concerns about food scarcity and economic hardships, she took to her Twitter page to extend a helping hand to her compatriots.

In her tweet dated February 23, 2024, she shared details of an initiative by the Nigeria Customs Service, offering half a bag of imported rice for just N10,000.

The compassionate woman specified that the distribution is being conducted at the Customs office, with targeted areas including Bariga, Onike, Iwaya, Yaba, and the vicinity of the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

Conditions for participation include payment of N10,000 and presentation of the National Identification Number (NIN).

In her words;

“If you know anyone staying around Bariga, Onike, Iwaya, Yaba, UNILAG.

Customs office is sharing half a bag of rice for 10,000 (foreign rice).

The requirement is your 10,000 and NIN. Make your way there if you can afford it.

Please repost to get to those in need that can afford it.”
